Valor Hospitality is welcoming another 189 rooms to its global portfolio with the Umfolozi River Hotel, KwaZulu-Natal, Tapestry Collection by Hilton and The Daily APT Hotel - Green Point, Cape Town, in its latest move to expand its international presence.

With Africa continuing to serve as one of Valor’s key growth regions, the new signings add to its portfolio of over 100 hotels in 22 countries across the Americas, UK & Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

The Umfolozi River Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton is the latest to join the portfolio of hotels managed by Valor on behalf of its long-term partner, Hilton. Strategically located near the world renowned Hluhluwe-Umfolozi Park in KwaZulu-Natal Province and expected to open in 2028, the hotel will feature 102 guest rooms and suites, leisure, wellness and event facilities.

The Daily APT Hotel - Green Point, Cape Town, is a flagship property for this new South African aparthotel brand, set to open in 2027. The seven-storey development offers a collection of studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, alongside exclusive lofts and duplexes, a rooftop pool and bar, listening room and all-day restaurant and lobby bar.
