Valor took over management and operations of the independent luxury hotel with the goal to elevate the offerings of the historic property and highlight Graaff-Reinet as a premier travel destination. Beyond enhancing the guest experience, we are taking steps to make a positive local impact. The Drostdy has an established partnership with the South African College for Tourism to train unemployed individuals. We plan to continue this programme and invest in the community's future with new career opportunities.

SAVOR Chef George Jardine developed an elevated menu with is an authentic expression of the region while respecting the local culture and cuisine.
